Is it easy to get to and from the airport?
Termini station has direct links to both of the city’s main airports. On arrival at Termini, guests can either take the A-Line to Repubblica and then walk to us from there or alternatively, Termini station also has a large taxi rank if you prefer to get a taxi from Termini to our door. We can even arrange for you to be picked up from the airport (surcharge applies).
Is breakfast included?
Yes, we offer a complimentary continental breakfast that can be taken in the breakfast room or in your room.
Is there internet access?
Absolutely! We have free high speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout our hotel.
Is the hotel in a good location?
Definitely. The hotel is situated where many attractions are within walking distance but we also enjoy excellent public transport links. See our Location page for more details.
Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
All of our rooms have private en-suite bathrooms and enjoy shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
What payment methods are available to me?
We gladly accept cash and all reputable credit cards.
Will the staff be able to speak my language?
Yes! The staff speak English in addition to Italian and Spanish and are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
When can I check-in and check-out?
We operate a 24 hour reception desk. Check-in is from1pm and Check-out is until 11am
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. This is particularly welcome in the stifling summer months.

All of our rooms come equipped with flat screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi internet access
What is your policy concerning children?
Children under 2 can stay free of charge in a crib.
